Was very difficult to get a prescription filled despite a partnership between our vet and Kolala. Lots of confusion about the prescription Koala had on file and what our vet actually prescribed. Koala kept coming back to me when they should have been able to go to the vet direct. I ended up having to call the vet and ask them to reach out to koala.
