I had to wait over a week to receive my dogs’ medication. I get it within 48 hours when I order from Pet Meds or Chewy. I called and received a message that you were closed. I called the following day and was on hold for 20 minutes. That is unacceptable. I was told you only have a staff of 8 people. I will not be doing any future business with you.
