I chose Koala because they offered me a discount on my first order. The price was good but it took them 5 days to ship and then the package took over a week to arrive (that was not their fault). Because of the delay, my pets meds were a week late. The packaging and presentation look nice but are unnecessary and wasteful. Environmentally sensitive packaging is important to me. Additionally, the 3 month supply of Nextguard expires in May. While it is still ok, I didn’t realize I was purchasing nearly expired meds. I doubt I will reorder from them.
