I'm pretty impressed with every aspect of my first experience with using Koala. Super easy, quick service at terrific savings. The only reason I didn't give highest marks was because my vet mentioned having great difficulty sending in script electronically. After many many tries they had to call it in. Would definitely recommend trying Koala to anyone in need of pet prescriptions
