I was offered a 50% discount on my first purchase. I bought a $64 Seresto collar. The online app did not work. I had to call to do the tranaction. They said it would be $32 with my discount. I got off the phone and they sent me a receipt for $64. I called back and they said they would probably give me the discount when the product shipped. What a weird way to do business. When the product shipped, they sent me another receipt with the correct amount of $32. It was a disappointing and confusing process.
