I ordered a Serestro Flea Collar for SMALL dogs. Because of the information I entered when filling out my pet's information, the website automatically defaulted and changed my selection to a Serestro Flea Collar for LARGE dogs. I believe that I entered a weight of 19 lbs. for the dog - which was actually a guess on my part, and the weight limit for the small collar is 18lbs. When I received the flea collar for Large Dogs, I called the Koala Heath Team and was told that they would replace the large collar with a small one at no additional cost to me and that it would be shipped out so that I would receive it the next week. The next day, I received an email from Koala Health telling me that they would not honor that after all and that I would have to re-order another collar in the smaller size, pay for the second collar as well and edit my pet's weight on the profile. Very poor service and BAIT AND SWITCH in my opinion. I will never order anything from Koala Health again and will inform my veterinarian about this experience as well.
