Prices are amazing, but it is a real hassle that you don't have a direct relationship with our vet. I mailed in the prescription, you notified me Friday morning you had received it, but you didn't ship the order until the following Thursday. I realize you needed to clarify that a generic was okay, but it makes no sense that it took this long, and I received virtually no communication about the status. I won't always be able to wait nearly two weeks from the time of my initial order to get pills. Also, no customer service over the weekend is not ideal.
