First time customer. I loved the price and the free shipping. In fact that was what attracted me to use Koala. Jacks medicine arrived in a lovely package. What I wish was better was the turn around time although it did arrive sooner that I was told. I'm use to Chewy next day shipping so this was a longer wait than I expected and my only concern. I can see that I'll have to "time" my prescription orders differently.
