I like how the Koala team made adjustments to my subscription based on the medication needs of my cat. I subscribed to receive the med too often and they adjusted it on my behalf. I just wish I could manage / see the subscripion myself. I don't see an option to do this under my account. Otherwise, great experience. They sent me information about the med that my vet didn't even provide for me.
