The reason I give you a lower review is simply because the medication was not delivered at all within the timeframe it was over 21 days from the day I ordered it to the day I got it. That’s frustrating due to the fact this medication keeps my dog alive, but with that said everybody, everyone I have talked to has been more than gracious and nice. It would be nice if there was some sort of discount applied to my next order due to the timeframe it took to receive the medication. I do look forward to ordering from you again in hopes that it meets , your timeframe I’m willing to give another try, but after that I would have to go to somebody else. If it happens again. Also, I appreciate the needles sent along with the medication that was very gracious. Thank you.
