Order took a week to fill only after several phone calls. My email to customer service was never answered when my order wasn't being processed. The vet never received the order which caused the delay. The package was then lost in a USPS hole. The woman I spoke with was nice but that was the only good experience I've had with Koala. Won't be using you again.
