It took a really long time to receive my monthly meds for my 5 cats and dogs. I actually had to buy a month's worth from the vet because it took so long. My vet had to give authorization mutiple times because you guys said you had not received them. This never happened at Ped Meds which I have used for years but wanted to give you all a chance. I had over a $700. order. Not sure I will reorder but I hope you all can get things worked out. Best of Luck!
