Koala has been great to me & my dogs - in Most aspects! There has been some confusion & mistakes in the requested timing of auto shipments & payment that have caused some issues for me, but they have been responsive and diligent in working with me to correct these 'hiccups' in service. Their prices are the best I've found &, so far, I've only run into one prescription medication that they didn't carry and had to go elsewhere for. Overall, I would happily recommend them as an online pet pharmacy and plan on continuing with them for my dog's needs, as well!
