VERY distressed with how long it took to get my pets meds...1st. Due in part to original script required (not your fault) taking 4-5 days to get there and then a few days to get confirmation from you then 2 more days for you to read an e mail response I sent. ..... I then requested an overnite delivery I was willing to pay for but was told you do not do...then finally I was informed the required med was not even in stock... this was an antibiotic !!! The final resolve was me going back to my vet to purchase the antibiotic...very embarrassing and 2 -3xs as expensive... plus my dogs infection raged for an unnecessary 2+ more weeks!^ Your staff was always very kind and understanding on the phone but processing time, communication and inventory records need major improvements I thank you for then quickly shipping the 2nd medication in my order free of charge ...only somewhat assuaging my frustration and anger. This was NOT a good experience.
