I like the idea but shipping took quite a while (maybe less of an issue if you have a consistent need/schedule but a bit rough if you’re ordering something that you’ve just run out of).There was also no way to see recurring orders online (had to reach out to customer service). They were very quick to help me cancel upcoming order but it would be nice if the UX had that baked in.
