Was encouraged by my vet to use Koala as they were giving discount promotions for first time buyers. My first experience was OK however the second experience was not because it took almost a month to get my flea meds for my cat because I don’t know why the order kept being ignored forgotten not shipped waiting for Vet approval blah blah blah….
