Very Poor service. I placed an order for 3 items... they had to get a prescription for the thyroid meds from my dr. after she got a blood workup & check on the thyroid level. I asked them twice by email to go ahead & send the other two prescriptions. He apoquel & symperica trio. They didnt do it & as a result my dog was without her meds for over 3 weeks. This resulted in a $500. vet bill. This was reported to my vet. Also they said when I called repeatedly that they has shipped priorty mail & I would get it right away. That took 8 days , another week. Pretty bad service. Lynn Repp
