Placed an order, there was an issue making it auto ship so it sat “processing” for days. I called to see why and they told me it was because it couldn’t be auto shipped. Fine, but why didn’t they reach out to me and instead let my order just sit? Order finally ships, got lost in the mail. I got a replacement through customer service and was told I’d be sent tracking when it shipped. Never got tracking. Reached out a few days later to cs to cancel the order and they told me it had already shipped. I ordered medicine…I can’t wait 4 weeks for it to show up. Ended up having to pay a lot more locally because Koala failed me every single step of the way. I will never use Koala again and I will dissuade anyone else who is considering it. 0/10
