The customer service was very impressive. Lacey was wonderful in helping me sort out the discrepancies between my order and the Vet's dosage instructions. I am givng 3-stars however, because the mail process is underpar. I sent the original prescription via USPS Priority Mail, for delivery on Friday, 4/12 and USPS reported unable to deliver because the business was closed. It could be delivered on Saturday, either. It was finally delivered on Monday, 4/15 at 5:40PM. Not received inside until Tuesday. It was then I was able to connect with Lacey and obtain some help in getting it processed. That was the best part; it was processed that day, but late in the day, and too late for return mail, which was by USPS! Again with the delays. I'm only in PA. It was not delivered until Monday 4/22. Maybe I'm used to Chewy, PetMeds, Petco, who use 2-day delivery methods. I was not expecting to have to wait 5 days to receive. I also note that I am not able to obtain the rest of the meds that are under subscription until you decide to release/ship. I would like them now, so that I can have them and not have to wait for my pet to be out of meds waiting on USPS mail from Koala.
