Customer service is always very helpful, but I wish I got emails when something wasn’t right with my order. I had to login to my account to find out that my vet hadn’t approved the request for my dogs’ prescription. I don’t get notified so never know when somethings not working with the order. Thinking of canceling and going with another pharmacy.
