Since Jan 2024, I have had my dog's Sadies ship and delivery date flucuate causing her to run out of medication. I requested in writing that her permanent shipment date be on the 24th of each month because shipments were not getting shipped every 30 days as stated. This last shipment caused her to completely run out and did not arrive until 5/6/24 which left her out of medication for 3 days. I was told by 2 different representatives I spoke with on the phone on 5/2/24 that it would arrive on Sat, 5/4/24. It did not arrive until Monday, 5/6/24. My dog was diagnosed with CHF in August of 2023 and have used Koala Health for her medication since last year. The decline in customer service, promised shipments and lack of communication is extremely frustrating. I had to reach out to my vet in March of this year to get medication to hold her over. I did not receive shipment info or communication that order had shipped at the end of April. I contacted a rep on 5/6/24 who sent me the tracking info. I will no longer be using Koala Health for these recurring issues. I will be moving this medication to Chewy where communication is accurate, efficient and timely.
