We ordered out medicine on Thursday. The prescribing doctor works Tuesday-Friday and stated they'd confirm the Rx as soon as you'd contact them. We needed the med ASAP, and we thought we were safe since we had Thursday and Friday for you to contact the Doctor for the Rx before the Doctor would become unavailable till Tuesday. Unfortunately, you did not contact the Doctor until Monday (the day the Doctor is not working), that is you waited through Thursday and Friday before contacting the Doctor. The Doctor responded to you on Tuesday and you processed the med right away, but YOU created a delay resulting in us getting the med authorized on Tuesday the week after instead of Thursday - a 5-day difference.
