I have only gotten my dog's prescriptions one time so far. It did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. I requested all of the prescriptions on the website per the instructions. These were changed by my vet, resubmitted, then changed by a Koala technician, and resubmitted again. Each time somebody corresponded with the vet or with me, it was a different technician, so there was a breakdown in the communication and I could not get the prescriptions dosed the way I wanted not could I get an explanation as to why not. Finally I was told the prescriptions were approved as requested and yet when I received them, they were not.
