First time using this company because our vet switched to this. Will never use again. Ordered my dogs apoquel May 9th. We got in May 20th. Unfortunately I read reviews on the company after I ordered meds and saw shipping is a huge problem. When I questioned the company after not getting the meds for several days and my dog had run out of Apoquel they told me they ship from MA and can't control shipping delays. I live in Florida and according to tracking it went from MA to AZ for some reason before getting to me.
