The only thing i'd change is i'd want them to make it more clear at first purchase of a regular med that they will auto ship future ones. However, they do at least give you notice before they sheip and if you mark your calendar you can plan for the new bill. Also when i called about that after the first auto ship they were extremely friendly and courteous despite the fact i'd missed the 'fine print' notice about auto ship. Since our dog must have her heartworm med every month it makes sense for us to just plan for it.. i've always felt better to keep a dog on the preventative year round than just 'mosquito' season like some people do. Especially now with season changes more unpredictable than in the past.
