Once delay in processing my order: 5
Ordered May 22nd; fulfillment delayed by "no selection of tablet or caplet". Koala did not ask vet for clarification. I called vet; vet said order transmission clearly stated tablet. I called you and once I said tablets, order processed. I ask: why didn't koala call vet if koala needed more info to fill order
Pet went 2 days without med. When clarified order received next day since shipped from South Boston to Gloucester by USPS. Thank you
