My only concern with Koala was shipping time. It shipped on 5/28 but I didn't receive it until 6/6. This was from Boston, MA to Bolivia, NC. I realize that sending via UPSP causes delays, but to those of us used to the speed of Chewy and Walmart, this is annoying. BUT...the packaging was great quality, and the bandanas for my fur kids was a nice touch!
