The service was good, the packaging was good. What I don't like is your subscription cancelation process. It looks like a major hassle to be able to stop a subscription if needed. You should make it easy to stop it online in our account information and not have to call someone to cancel a subscription. Also the price of the product should be the same lower price whether you buy it individually or in a subscription.
