I did get my cat's medicine at a good price, finally. The order processed for a week before it shipped. I emailed customer service to ask about it, but nobody bothered to get back to me. Once it shipped, it got here fast. Unfortunately, I needed it and had to buy the product at my vet's office. Now I have two tubes of the same thing. I hope their auto shipping process is more reliable, but I'll have to cancel the first auto shipment since I had to purchase an extra one at the vet.
