It took 17 days to be delivered, it was not the medicine that was on the vet RX after contacting my vet - I received simparica not trio, they will not return the mistaken RX, they will not make it right for a first time user and the box arrived smashed to bits. Poor business model but no surprise for being from Boston. Allivet, petvm and Chewy WILL take care of their customers.
