The process seems easy enough, in an it’s too good to be true way. We had to call our Vet and the conversation was only 5 mins at best making it hard to believe Koala diligently and earnestly tried to contact them. Additionally my original order was changed without my knowledge to increase the amount of Rx delivered by double and I was charged for it. I’m hoping this is a clerical oversight and not how Koala does business.
