I place my order online. With limited opción that no not match 100%w/prescription. I call make the changes, and I had to wait for confirmation from the vet. A week later I got an email saying that there were a discrepancy w/qty in prescription, they want my authorization to make the changes, I reply that yes, please do it. Several days after I got a phone call asking the same, I was pretty upset, my dogs need their meds, antibiotics are crucial. This is irresponsible and cruel. Never again I will order from here.
