I order from Koala because they had the lowest price. However, I have trouble getting the medication in time for my dog's injection. Autoship would only do every 30 days and I need it every 28 days. I've switched to ordering myself about a week ahead. When I checked online 3 days after ordering it still had not shipped. When I call they do respond and get it to me priority. Customer service is always very responsive. I also need a 4 ml syringe which they don't have so they send 2 of the 2 ml requiring 2 injections. The price recently went up so I will need to check around again.
