It took over a week to receive my dogs prescription. Once I sent an email inquiry, it happened to ship that same day and arrive overnight (which is appreciated) but it wasn’t noted where the delay was. Based on this, I assume it’s standard timing? If something was missed/delayed I’d be more willing to try again. Thankfully it’s not a “critical” medication but your main competitor is only 3-4 days MAX.
