Placed order and didn't hear anything for over a week. Called and left a voicemail and finally received a call back with shipping information. No update saying the vet had approved and it was on its way, had to call and request that information. Also, pill dispensing instructions and pills totally different than what I had been getting. Not clear if severely scored chewable pill is 100mg for whole thing or for half. Won't order thru you again!
