I used Koala becasue it offered a great discount for Spot Pet Insurance customer. The shipping was very fast and the step by step communicatino is clear. The only thing I am meh about was that it didn't offer the option for customers to uplaod the prescription and had to go through the vet. My vet is one of those practices that are not willing to fax the prescription and therefore there was some delay. I wish Koala can add the option for me to uplaod the prescription myself.
