After clearing up confusion about our current vet, Koala took an absurd amount of time to get us our medication. This will be our last Koala experience. It’s unfortunate too, we loved the initial experience. Had to call and follow up with emails sent, I don’t have time for all this. I work 17 hour days sometimes, the last thing I want to do is deal with customer support.
