I don’t like having to set up a subscription as the only means of ordering. I tried to cancel but there is no way to do that in the website. I will have to call during business hours. I like the discount that was offered for first time purchase. I was expecting a chewable carprofen but I received a caplet which is much more difficult to administer. I don’t know if the vet’s office or Koala made the mistake.
