The process was simple. The only thing I was unhappy with is that it took almost 10 days to get her meds. Shame on me, but I am not always Johnny on the spot when ordering meds. But I have been in situations where I didn't have 10 days to get meds. I would have run out. I ended up buying some from the vet office because the order didn't come fast enough. Great packaging and easy process for sure.
