The order procedure was simple enough until I wanted to order only one item and not repeatly. There was no way to indicate that until I call a person in your office. I suggest you give people the opportunity to choose between repeat orders or just a one time order.
I understand you are a mail order company and as such you should give customer choices, specially if it is the first time trying your service.
