Great customer service, Beautiful Marketing however I waited a week for approval of a script on Koala's end. It took 10 days to get Clavamox for my pet. I work for my Vet so I know when the script was submitted. That is entirely too long for processing since Rx was for a wound. I ended up having to order a Rx from another pharmacy as well. I would love to continue to refer/use Koala as our preferred pharmacy but this matter definitely needs improvement.
