It shouldn't take two weeks and two phone calls to get an item that I ordered. This has been a recurring issue, things take way longer to get than they should. Also, it's stupid that your system requires an auto ship on every order placed, but only allows 30 day increments on the auto ship. I have medication that needs to be ordered every 6 weeks, it is absolutely useless to require I set up an auto ship when I can't make one for 6 weeks. Even then, I have no faith that I would get what I ordered in a reasonable time even with an auto ship.
