I ordered my medication for my dog Bear on Nov. 6 and it didn't arrive until Nov. 27. That was too long to wait so I got the medication elsewhere. Then, finally, it arrived. I talked to customer service to see if this service might be improved but they were not helpful. All in all super unimpressed and will go elsewhere.
