I was emailed that I needed to send in a hard copy of my prescription. I decided to get the medication that my vet offered. Since I didn’t send in a hard copy, I didn’t think I needed to cancel. Them I got a notice that my medicine was delivered. When I called I was told that they got an email confirmation- I was not informed of this and then I was told I couldn’t return the medication. I won’t be doing business with Koala again.
