Koala is the only place I could find the dosage of the meds my dog needs. Delivery has been efficient and reliable. I have two main areas of concern: when the prices were (understandably) raised in 2024, the cost of my need medication did not just increase, it nearly doubled. That was surprising. The other issue I have had is that the size of the capsules has varied from shipment to shipment. There is a decent difference in size and for my medication-avoidant dog it's much preferable to have the smaller sized pills. This is probably a vendor-related issue, but I'd love to have more consistent access to the smaller capsules.
