I started out being very pleased and impressed with your services. My opinion changed when I signed up for the automatic refill. I needed to call to communicate directly. After doing so I immediately got an automaice email that was opposite of what was just agreed on the phone. I've tried to delay shipment because you fill AND BILL too soon. This is a common problem with automatic refill but I was disappointed to experience with you. For the most part I am satisfied and don't plan on changing but there are some communication improvents that could be made.
