Your packaging is now different, it is in paper which is great for recycling but BAD for the angry postman who stomped on it. When it arrived it looked like it had gone through the mill. If you are continuing to use the paper bags, I would suggest having sturdier material around the heartworm box which is inside the envelope. No one likes a crunched product.
