Doing business with this company is painful. Took me over 2.5 hours of phone calls, emails and mistakes by the company to get heartworm medication for six dogs. Your company refused to fill the prescription written by my veterinarian. My veterinarian is the one who asked me to purchase these items from your company. I will be looking to take my business elsewhere and cancelling my autoship. 57 years old and never had as bad of an experience than with your company. Pathetic.
