The initial order I placed was discontinued, and I was very pleased with that order. Fast forward 6 months later and I see another order has been placed, shipped, and charged to my account without my approval. I was unaware Koala Health would use my financial information to charge me for reoccurring orders. I work hard for my money but struggle financially. After this negative experience that set me back almost $140.00, I will be canceling my account. You should clearly communicate that reoccurring orders will be placed automatically when a customer places their first, so people aren’t blindsided 6 months later.
