The Koala Health website found me the best price on topical flea medicine. HOWEVER buyer BEWARE!!!! Less than 5 months later *another* order arrived at my door! I’m a very savvy online shopper & I went back & checked the website, my account, the package received & then all emails from Koala Health. Nowhere does it say I signed up for an ‘auto delivery’ program. But that’s exactly what they said when I emailed them! They also told me because it was medicine it could not be returned; no exceptions. So I’m stuck with it & suggest other potential customers be aware of this. Only two stars due to lack of clarity & because they at least did answer my email in a timely manner.
